This apartment building is located in Nanterre, France, in an area with clear space limitations. Usually, an apartment building is nothing special but this one does instantly stand out. It was designed by BFV Architectes and was finished in 2019.
The architecture firm is specialized in such projects and the expertise is on clear display here. You would need a top rangefinder to see this. We are talking about a 6-storey building that is a clear landmark in the neighborhood thanks to the sue of really interesting angles that guide the structure towards the inside or the boulevard.
One thing that is particularly interesting is that the Fair Enough Apartments apartment building features 43 apartments and each of them has some sort of outdoor space available. Some have a terrace that is covered with a pergola while others have a loggia.
