Spanish designer and architect Patricia Urquiola reimagined her Garden Layers collection in a collaboration with Gan to feature recycled plastic outdoor seating.
Garden Layers is a collection that includes mattresses, matching cushions, and daybeds. They bring you typical indoor space comfort to an outdoor area. As imagined, you can use all of these to create a beautiful outdoor lounge area.
The collection is available in 100% recycled PET, with very easy to maintain designs that can withstand elements and do their part in protecting nature.
You can quickly notice that Garden Layers features a low-slung profile and generous proportions. This references the architecture and culture of the Mughal Empire, which ruled India for around 3 centuries.
Day beds are made out of recycled plastic and are fully waterproof. Also, the collection does include side tables, and matching rugs. They are available in green, blue, grey, and terracotta shades.
