NYC is a little more jolly because of the work of Tom Bob, a street artists that uses the city as a playground for some pretty interesting and amusing art. The urban space is perfectly used, with characters coming to life and blending the sob nature of some parts of the city. You can easily look at the gallery and see various different colorful characters, with Ringo Starr, monkeys, hearts and crocodiles popping out in NYC. These are basically modern structures that keep popping up where you least expect them.
